This summer, all guests at Amerikalinjen will be offered an Amerikalinjen x Cousins ice cream. It is simply integration that tastes good!
Cousins is a social entrepreneurial company that “sandwiches” new Norwegians into working life. They produce and sell organic sandwich and sorbet ice cream, at the same time as they build competence for their employees by offering work experience, language training and networks, as well as acting as a springboard into Norwegian business life. Their employees have backgrounds from Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Eritrea, Afghanistan and Ethiopia, and all work towards a common goal: a more diverse and inclusive working life.
