Roseslottet is located at Holmenkollen and is an outdoor art project that celebrates democracy, the rule of law, and humanism. Featuring nearly 300 artworks—paintings, sculptures, and installations—it narrates the story of how totalitarian regimes oppress, how society fights back, and how the values of freedom can be passed on. Here, you can learn from the past, understand the present, and look towards the future.
Open daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours on Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
